My order has arrived and it is damaged, what do I do?Updated a month ago

When contacting us, please include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item so that we can assist you further. Kindly note that without images of the damage, our team will be unable to proceed. We also ask that you do not dispose of the items until our team has reviewed the case.

Please be aware that we need to receive this information within 30 days of your order’s delivery. After this period, our support team will be unable to assist, as it falls outside the timeframe we are able to review.
