During the festive period, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual due to increased order volumes and courier delays.
To make sure your order arrives in time, please refer to our Christmas cut-off dates:
• UK: Order by 18th December, 6pm
• Europe: Order by 15th December, 6pm
• International: Order by 8th December, 6pm
Orders placed after these dates may arrive after Christmas, depending on courier performance.


For subscription customers:
If your subscription is due to renew between 25th–30th December, we’ll process and dispatch it before the holiday period so you can continue your routine without interruption.
Any non-subscription orders placed between 25th–30th December will still be accepted, but dispatch may not take place until 2nd January 2026 due to limited warehouse staffing.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its journey. Please note that tracking updates may also be slower than usual during peak periods.

Our Customer Care Team is here to support you throughout the holiday season, although response times may be slightly longer due to high demand — even our Christmas elves need a little break!

Monday–Friday: 9am – 4pm

Weekends & Bank Holidays: Limited support

Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day: Closed
