To make changes to the frequency of your subscription, follow these steps: 

1. Go to the bottom of our website and click "Log in."
2. Enter the email linked to your subscription.
3. On the right, select "Manage Subscription" and choose your active subscription.
4. You'll see an option to adjust how often you receive your order (e.g., changing from a 3-month to a 6-month subscription).
