How do I update payment or delivery details on my subscription?Updated 3 months ago

To make changes to your payment method or delivery address, please follow these steps: 

1. Go to the bottom of our website and click "Log in."
2. Enter the email linked to your subscription.
3. On the right select 'Address and payment details' 
4. You can either select 'Manage your address' and update your address here (please ensure this is done within 24 hours of your next subscription being sent)
5. Or if you wish to change your email address or phone number for deliveries, select 'Edit your details' where those changes can be made there. 
6. To update any payment details select 'Manage payment methods' and select 'Edit', to keep your account safe, we’ll send an edit link to the email associated with this order for you to then add your payment details.
